Planningsagenda temporarily unavailable

Due to a globally reported vulnerability in PHP, the software on which Planningsagenda runs, the platform has been taken offline immediately as a precaution, following government advice. As a result, you are temporarily unable to log in to or use Planningsagenda.

This is a preventive measure. There are no indications of a cyberattack or unauthorised access.

What does this mean for your appointment?

Our physicians, advisors and medical administration team are also temporarily unable to access Planningsagenda. Where possible, consultations will take place via Teams or by phone. In-person consultations will continue as scheduled.

You do not need to take any action at this time. If you have any questions about your appointment, our medical administration team remains available through the usual contact channels.

We will post an update on this website as soon as we have more information about when Planningsagenda will be available again.
