Supporting you as an physician

At De Nieuwe Arts, we believe every physician deserves the right support and personal attention. That is why we offer fixed onboarding dates throughout the year, allowing us to provide a structured introduction and ensure you get the best possible start. Are you interested in our upcoming start dates or would you like to learn more about this opportunity? We'd be delighted to hear from you.

You will not be starting alone. Instead, you join our onboarding programme alongside colleagues from different teams, giving you the opportunity to build connections across the organisation from day one.

Our recruitment proces

Our recruitment process typically consists of the following steps:

  1. Job shadowing session
    Spend time observing two or three consultations with one of our occupational health physicians at our Amsterdam or Eindhoven office. This is a great opportunity to experience our way of working, meet your future colleagues and get a feel for our culture.
  2. First interview
    Following the job-shadowing session, you meet two members of the De Nieuwe Arts team for an introductory conversation, where we get to know each other better.
  3. Second interview
    If we are both enthusiastic after the first meeting, we will invite you for a second interview to discuss the role in more depth.
  4. Reference check
    If the second interview is successful, we will ask you to provide two professional references. Once we have spoken with your referees, we move on to the final step.
  5. Employment offer
    We discuss the terms and conditions of employment and explore your potential start date at De Nieuwe Arts.
