As a Team Assistant, you play a central role within one of our client teams. You support our occupational health physicians, employability consultants and account managers, ensuring that administrative processes run smoothly and that everything is organised behind the scenes.

You are someone who enjoys bringing structure, keeping an overview, and making sure things get done. You think proactively, enjoy solving problems and thrive in a collaborative environment.

You do not need to know everything from day one. If you are eager to learn and enjoy organising and supporting others, we will help you develop the skills you need.

Your role

As a Team Assistant, you will help your team operate efficiently by:

  • Maintaining and updating client records and case files.
  • Supporting administrative processes and reporting.
  • Processing employee onboarding, changes and offboarding.
  • Recording key client interactions in our systems (including AFAS).
  • Supporting planning and coordination within the team.
  • Managing emails and telephone enquiries from employees, employers, occupational health physicians and consultants.
  • Providing first-line support for questions about our scheduling system.
  • Requesting (medical) information from healthcare providers and other relevant parties.
  • Investigating queries and ensuring they are resolved or passed on to the right colleague.
  • Monitoring progress and making sure actions and agreements are followed up.

About you

Must-haves

  • Works accurately and in a structured way.
  • Maintains an overview, even during busy periods.
  • Takes ownership and follows tasks through to completion.
  • Communicates clearly and professionally.
  • Is fluent in Dutch and able to communicate confidently in English.
  • Enjoys working as part of a team.
  • Has experience in an administrative or support role.
